Through education and services clients are empowered to make positive choices
that improve health and well-being. As clients feel better from the inside out,
they are more likely to improve attendance and stay committed to their recovery.
Our Employee Handbook describes the policies and procedures of our organization, as well as detailed descriptions of the day to day work of our acupuncturists and nutritionists. It also covers appropriate and inappropriate behavior when working with the unique population we serve. Every employee receives one and is expected to read it so everyone working for CARA comes to the job with a similar foundation of information and expectations. Each employee is encouraged to suggest improvements and clarifications! We treasure our employees. It takes a special person to want to change the world and we appreciate every one of you!
